100 % Glueless – Ready to Wear : développée pour une pose sans colle, la Collection Confort Ultime garantit un maintien sécurisé et confortable tout au long de la journée. Aucune fixation supplémentaire n’est requise.


Lace HD ultra-fine (0,1 mm) : dotée de la même lace HD que la Collection Diamant, d’une finesse de 0,1 mm, elle assure un rendu invisible une fois posée. Sa texture délicate respecte le cuir chevelu et convient parfaitement à un port prolongé.


Closure HD déjà customisée : Chaque pièce est préparée en amont par nos experts : nœuds soigneusement décolorés, finition naturelle optimisée et lace prête à être découpée. À réception, il suffit d’ajuster et de découper la lace pour une mise en place immédiate.


Raie profonde et finition réaliste : la profondeur de raie est conçue pour offrir un effet cuir chevelu naturel et une ligne nette, garantissant une finition professionnelle sans intervention en salon.

Zuri Luxury Limited ships to most countries worldwide via DHL for all international packages. 

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Europe, USA and Canada:

$10 flat fee for any purchase bellow 300$

FREE for any purchase above 300$

Congo (Kinshasa), Congo (Brazzaville), Uganda and Rwanda:

As we have operation in this area, customers can purchase directly from our local Hairbars. 

Shipping to these countries would cost 80$ otherwise.

Rest of the world: 

$25 flat fee for all other countries 

The processing time for orders is 24 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within 10 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. 

Zuri Luxury Limited is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has been shipped.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

Returns


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will not be accepted for a refund!

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@myzuri.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, send an email to sales@myzuri.com and we will send you an address to which you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
